We will flexibly adapt to the time and date chosen by you. We only ask about necessary information required for your pricing offer. This short meeting allows us to fully understand the customers needs and expectations. The inspection is estimated to take 10-20mins depending on the size of the property and services required. Our goal is to be as effective

as possible so we don’t disturb you and others.

Based on the data collected, we will develop our proposal for your cleaning plan. This will be sent to you in pdf form within 3 days of inspection. It will contain a choice in cleaning frequency (weekly, fortnightly or monthly), estimated cleaning time, the number of cleaners, and a detailed list of all cleaning tasks that will be preformed.

Once you are happy to continue with our services we will prepare contractual documents with the possibility of including any extra requests. A work plan with a detailed breakdown of activities and the frequencies also included.

After signing of contract, on the agreed start date for our services, the team will take the responsibility out of your hands. Once running our services will follow our procedures and quality checks necessary.
